They have done so in an environmentally friendly and socially responsible manner, using sustainable grape growing practices, empowering and rewarding their employees and contributing to their community. In fact, Colligere Farm Management was among the original participants in The Lodi Rules for Sustainable Winegrowing certification program. Winery customers consistently rank wine grapes from Colligere managed vineyards among the best they receive.
About Our Partners
In 2000, Stan Grant initiated Progressive Viticulture, a vineyard consulting company, to help clients optimize wine grape quality, ensure vine health, and maximize vineyard profibility. To achieve these ends, Stan uses an integrated approach, treating vineyards as individual wine grape production systems, each with its unique set of factors that include climate, soil, vineyard design, and management history. His vineyard management recommendations integrate crop, canopy and soil considerations with environmental conditions and detailed observations. Over the years, Progressive Viticulture has helped vineyard operations achieve their wine grape production goals, ranging from the very small to some of the largest in California.
